Most of Rhine class recently attended a lacrosse festival at St.Mary's school Calne. It was a brilliantly organised day, with the morning spent working around some lacrosse skills and then the opportunity to put them into practice in the afternoon with some matches against some local schools. Despite the heat, and playing against older children the four Rhine teams won most of their matches and impressed the onlookers with their lacrosse skills. A good time was had by all and what better way to finish on such a hot day than with an ice lolly! It was a great day out and left the class wishing they could play some more.
